Thistlewood is the first Warhammer Fantasy Battle scenario released within the pages of White Dwarf. It’s a far cry from what these pages became, but it’s something that stands out even now in it’s rough and ready manner. It was published on September 1983 in WD 45, and is not in any manner a part of the Old World as we know it today

The Eavy Metal Galleries seem to solidify this issue into the format that will run for the next few years. Bright, colourful and full of character!
